STFers are collecting feedback from their allies about on-campus issues that matter the most to them. As your Chapter reviews the Taking the Human Rights Temperature survey, consider the following questions:
- What edits do you want to make to the existing questions? Is anything phrased in a way that is easily understandable? Everything should either be positively or negatively stated, and the measurement scale should be consistent throughout the entire survey.
- Which issues are most important to your school community? – Consider reviewing the UDHR and CRC for additional topics.
- What is the best way to distribute the survey to everyone on campus to ensure all voices are included?
These questions will help you revise the survey so it reflects students’ experiences and values. Once finalized, the survey will be circulated to help coalitions assess how well human rights are upheld on campus, highlighting strengths and identifying areas for growth.
